Buffing Wheel

Buffing wheels are often used with polishing compounds to achieve different effects, from rough buffing to high-gloss mirror finishing. They are suitable for tanks, pressure vessels, pipes, kitchenware, medical devices, automotive parts, and decorative hardware.

Classification:

1. By Structure

   • Stitched Buffing Wheel (hemp stitched, concentric stitched) – higher hardness, ideal for coarse polishing.

   • Non-stitched Buffing Wheel – soft and flexible, perfect for fine polishing and mirror finishing.

2. By Shape

   • Flat Buffing Wheel – suitable for large flat surface finishing.
