I. Prohibit wearing headphones at work

Employees wearing headphones at work should be warned and stopped, otherwise the resulting production accidents and quality problems should be borne by the workers themselves!

Second, the customer site installation and commissioning personnel please wear the correct reflective undershirt

Fluorescent fabrics will be more “conspicuous”, reflective undershirt reflective tape can reflect strong light, warning the passing people and vehicles. There are a lot of vehicles and mechanical equipments at the customer's site, wearing reflective undershirt can draw attention to reduce the occurrence of accidents. Workers uniform clothing is conducive to reflect the management level, enhance the company's image.

Third, traveling crane lifting safety operations

1, before lifting operations, should be traveling car, wire rope, hook spreader and other machinery and equipment to check, must ensure safety and reliability, not allowed to use with disease. Before hoisting must test hoisting, confirm that no error before operation.

2, lifting operations, must be clear division of labor, stand firm, unified command.

3, no one shall not accompany the lifting of heavy objects or traveling car lift.

4, lifting operations, must be lifted according to the specified load, is strictly prohibited overload lifting. The lifting of heavy objects close to or up to the rated lifting and hoisting capacity, should check the brake, with a low height, short stroke test hoisting, and then lifting smoothly.

5, hanging heavy objects below is strictly prohibited to stand, pass and work.

Four, prohibit smoking in the production plant and other public areas

Employees are not allowed to smoke in the work area, to comply with the relevant provisions of the designated area for smoking, ash shall not be thrown, be sure to extinguish the cigarette and then thrown into the ashtray.

Since the date of publication of this notice, the company carries out occasional inspections, the first time found not to comply with the provisions of the company will be warned, and later found again will be 100 yuan / times a fine.
